Queenbeautyskincare LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
